The dissertation deals with a surgical treating the animals with an acut and chronic alloxan diabetes mellitus by the method of plantation of 15-, 16-, 17-,18-, 19-, and 20- incubation day chicken embryos pancreas and a research the primary effect in patients suffering from diabetes mellitus after plantation them of smal quantities of 15-, 16-,and 17- incubation day chicken embryos pancreas. The following principles of surgical treating the pathology were formulated. In an acute and chronic alloxan diabetes mellitus, white inbred rats and mongrel dogs have a lasting and stable compensation of the disease. Applying the method in clinical condition is atraumatic, painless and doesn't cause any general or local changes or complications is the patient.
