Based on systemic analysis, using descriptive method with the elements of statistical and comparative methods, modern company names of Transcarpathian province of Ukraine (7135 proper names) are tudied: theoretical problems of modern Ukrainian company names are considered, criteria and principles of nomination, as well as language cultural problems in the field of modern Ukrainian company names in Transcarpathia are analyzed.
