112 adolescents with essential hypertension were studied. It was revealed that ascending of venous blood pressure and increasing of bloodstream veloci- ty which are sustained by 24-hour prevailing of sym- patetic nervous system activity play a important role in forming of hyperkinetic type of hemodynamic. The ultrastructural changes of venous part of micro- circulation in adolescents with essential hypertensi- on, which result in functional venous vessels' disor- ders of retina were demonstrated.
