Investigation object: rural area of Lviv region nature economic zones. Aim of investigation: grounding of scientific methodological basis of forming and regulation the farm employment. Methodics of investigation: dynamics rows, grouping, correlative-regresavive analysis, balance and graphic method of analysis etc. Theoretical and practical results: recommendations as for forecasting and regulating the farm employment Innovation: recommendations towards the improvement methodologies and methodics of rural and agricultural forecasting and analysis employment are elaborated. Degree of introduction: the results of investigation are transferred to Zhovkva district employment center department, Gorodok and Zhovkva district agricultural and products management enterprises of Lviv region. Sphere of use: educational and scientific establishments, state services etc.
