Stepanov O. The right of private property on a motor vehicle and bargains connected with its service

The dissertation is devoted to complex examination of the problems connected to the right of private property on a motor vehicle and to the bargains directed on grant of services to its owners. The legal nature of property right on a motor vehicle (in aspect of reform of civil legislation of Ukraine and the draft of Civil Code of Ukraine), the grounds of its rise (initial and derivative way) and the contents and volume of the proprietary rights are examined. The bargains directed on grant of services to the owners of motor vehicles connected with their storage, insurance, repair and "upgrade" are explored.
