The dissertation is dedicated to cure patients with colorectal cancer complicated by acute colon ileus. It is done analysis of traditional methods of curing patients with complicated colorectal cancer, the are signed out all basic causes of negative close and remote results. Is developed a curing-diagnostic program of curing patients with colorectal cancer complicated by acute colon ileus with application of lapa-roscopic operation and neoadjuvantical selective intraarterial polychemotherapy. The are carring out terms of all parts of the propoused program. It is propoused possibility of actualisation chemotherapy before radical operation after depression of endotoxicosis. Application of presented curing-diagnostic program helps to improve long term results of curing in researching group.
