Essay

As a result of conducted research, major antenatal risk factors of fetus retardation were singled out. Main principles of early prognosis of fetus retardation have been worked out. The diagnostic validity of some parameters of biophysical profile of fetoplacental system in fetus retardation has been established. Mark system of complex estimation of fetus state in its retardation has been suggested. The use of light therapy in threat of fetus retardation has been approved. On the basis of obtained results, diagnostic and curative-preventive measures were elaborated and introduced into practice of public health, by means of which 1,8 - fold decrease of occurance of fetus retardation pregnancy complications was achieved.
