3. The object of research is installations of the infra-red local heating for farm animals. The aim - to provide of energy-saving operation of the infra-red local heating installations for farm animals. Methods of researches are generally accepted. The advantage of short- wave infra-red radiation with infra-red lamps has been substantiated. On the basis of the results obtained the energy-saving modes of these installations have been determined. The realization of results of researches in a complete set of the process equipment is carried out which is recommended in manufacture.
