Essay

The work is devoted to the questions of prophylaxis of coagolopathical after-effects during a confinent by means of caeserean section in a planned way, and possibility of usage of the authoplasmodonoring in an obstetrical practice. It is explained the absence of the negative influence of the authoplasmodonoring on the state of health of the pregnant woman and her foetus, the advantage of the usage of the authoplasm and the deficiency of the usage of the donoring blood during the abdominal confinenment. It was worked up the integrated way of prophylaxis of the breach of the system of the haemostasis.
