Dlugokans'kyj D. The complicated process of traumatical illness at closed thoracoabdominal damages

.In this work was studied 312 patients with closed combined trauma of the thorax and abdomen. Based on this was worked out the algorithm of the medical diagnostics measures by the rendering of the particularized surgical help to this category of injured persons, were suggested the optimal surgical tactics and the new method of the surgical correction of the complicated sternum fracture. The predicted indexes, the dynamic analysis changes which allow to correct the tactics of the postoperative observation of the injured persons in time, were created. The approved method effectiveness of the early nonspecific immunostimulation of the patients at the conditions of the immunodepression, which is formed consequently the shock mechanisms summation of its origin and the surgical ablation of the immunocompetent organs, was proved.
