Moroz M. Legal problems of the state enterprises’ property lease

The object of research is the state enterprises' property lease contract as a legal relation. The aim of the scientific research comprises a complex theoretical analisys of the state enterprises' property lease contract. The scientific methods made use of in the process of research are the following: historical, logic-legal, systemic-structural, comparative-legal, statistic. The theoretic meaning of the thesis lies in the fact that the carried out complex research of the state enterprises' property lease contract favours the development of the property lease institution in the whole, and the state enterprises' property lease as a part of it. The practical importance of the thesis consists in applying its conclusions and some recommendations while improving legislation, compiling textbooks, manuals and methodics recommendations for the students of the law educational establishments, teaching ''The Civil Law of Ukraine'' and ''the Business Law'' courses. The scientific novelty of the thesis is in carr ying out a complex research of the state enterprises' property lease institution. A new vision of the notion ''the state enterprises' property lease contract'' has been suggested, the legal nature of the contract and its place in the system of the civil law contracts have been defined. The principal theoretic propositions of the thesis have been presented at the scientific conferences, have found reflection in the scientific published works and have been made use of in the process of teaching.
