The object of the research: industrial enterprises in modern economic conditions. The goal of the work: theoretical grounds of the essence and character of industrial enterprises' innovative policy as objectively stipulated trend of their restructuring adequate to the conditions of market reformation. The elaboration of methodical providing of innovative policy effective realization. In the research work the economic-mathematical analysis, the method of comparison, statistic analysis, the method of expert estimation and the method of extrapolation were used. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical grounds of the essence, the process of industrial enterprise innovative policy, methodical approaches to the elaboration of innovative strategy, and the registration of the factors system which are in total define the potential market efficiency of the innovations were elaborated in this research. The place of innovative activities of industrial enterprises in providing of progressive direction of structural shears (displacements) at macrolevel and in the completion of market restructuring at microlevel was defined. The essence, some peculiarities and tasks of innovative policy at the industrial enterprises in the conditions of market relations creation are defined too. The practical importance of the received results lies in the fact, that the elaborated theoretical statements are given by the author in the shape of suggestions concerning the improvement of industrial enterprises' innovative activities running in condition of transitional period.
