Experimental data on adolescents' mental reflection are given. A representation of the structure and peculiarities of the formation of such reflection is proposed. The complex of methods for the diagnostics of mental reflection has been developed. The peculiarities of the development of mental reflection at the conditions of traditional and оf method of the psychological organization of teaching are shown. Levels and indices of the performance of reflective actions are determined.
