Object – the psychological safety of the educational environment of participants in the educational process of the primary school; goal – to determine the psychological features and conditions for the formation of psychological safety of participants in the educational process of the primary school within the scope of the psychological service; methods – theoretical (analysis, systematization and generalization), empirical, mathematical-statistical data processing methods; novelty – the specificity of the psychological safety of the educational environment of primary school students is described for the first time, which is manifested in direct connections with the measure of the favorable psychological climate and sociometric status of the schoolchild, optimism and life satisfaction, as well as feedback links with the stress factors of educational activities, anxiety, aggressiveness, destructive type of self-assertion and victimhood; the specificity of the psychological safety of the educational environment of primary school teachers is revealed for the first time, which is manifested in direct connections with the degree of dialogicity of pedagogical communication, job satisfaction and feedback links with emotional burnout and communicative intolerance; regulatory predictors of psychological safety of the educational environment of participants in the educational process of the primary school are identified for the first time; the idea of psychological safety of the educational environment of the primary school in the unity of its material-spatial, social-psychological and psychological-pedagogical components is expanded; the idea of the psychological-pedagogical principles of ensuring the psychological safety of the educational environment of the primary school by the psychological service is expanded; the idea of typological features of psychological safety of the educational environment is expanded through the characteristics of the ratio of students' and teachers' levels of instrumental, actual psychological safety and manifestations of bullying in primary school; means of psychological support for the development of psychological safety of the educational environment of the primary school in the activities of the psychological service are received further development; psychodiagnostics of the psychological safety of the educational environment of the primary school is received further development; results – the phenomenon of psychological safety of the educational environment of the primary school is conceptualized and the psychological-pedagogical principles of its provision by the school's psychological service are determined; a psychodiagnostic complex of research on the psychological safety of the educational environment of the primary school is created; typological features, specificity and a number of regulatory determinants of psychological safety of the educational environment of the primary school participants in the educational process are determined; the methods of psychodiagnosis of the psychological safety of the educational environment of the primary school are adapted; a program of psychological support to ensure the psychological safety of the educational environment of the primary school is created, the effectiveness of which has been proven and which can be used in the activities of its psychological service. The results of the dissertation research are implemented in the educational process of secondary and higher education institutions of Ukraine; area – psychology.
