Object of investigation: Ukraine-foreign agricultural enterprises with participating of foreign investment, statistic-economic information, materials of legislative and power organs. The purpose of research: generalization, of theoretical aspects and elaboration of organization-economic mechanisms of creation and effective functioning of joint ventures in agriculture of Ukraine. Methods: system analysis, monographic, tabular. Theoretical and practical results: determined totality of elaborated recommendations and advices which can be used in practical activity during the process of creation and effective function of JV with participation of foreign investments; elaboration of thesis is used by agricultural JV of Cherkassy and Vinnisa region in the case of strategic and running planing and operation. Research novelty: scientifically grounded regulations of social-economic expediency of enterprise creation in agriculture, determined the prior ways of business activity development and types of JV activit y, elaborated and practically examined instruments of strategic and operation planing and operation of JV activity, elaborated organization-economic mechanism interconnection of effectiveness and activities stability of JV, elaborated new methodical approaches of financial-economic regulation of JV participate relations. Extent of inculcate: scientific elaboration are used in practical activity of JV in Vinnisa region and during formation of the "Zvezda" enterprises fund from Illinesky rayon in Vinnisa region. Effectiveness: will promote formation and development of joint ventures, their organization-economic structure in Ukrainian agriculture experience using. Sphere, branch of using: agroindustrial production of Ukraine.
