Lutsyk V. Prophylaxis and treatment of hypoxia state in diabetes mellitus pregnancy.

The object of investigation - pregnancy and delivery in women with hypoxia state because to diabetes mellitus. The subject of investigation - creation of prophylactic methods and treatment of hypoxia state in pregnants with diabetes mellitus. Methods of investigation - we determined the glucosal level in blood and glycosylated hemoglobin in the aim of determination of the diabetes mellitus type and the it's level of complexity; we confirmed the treatment effectiveness by the laboratorian tests, such as the enzymic activity of glucosal balance, the level of lipid peroxidation metabolites in blood, the cardiotocography; the newborn condition was estimated by the Apgar's scale; varyiny-statistical method was used for determination of the results veritying. The aim of the study - to increase the effectiveness of hypoxia state treatment in pregnants with diabetes mellitus and to normalise the outcoms of pregnancies and deliveries by the complex therapy with lipin. In manuscript we studies newsly the process of lipid peroxidation metabolites, enzymic activity of glucosal balance in relation with glycemia and glycosylated hemoglobin in pregnants with varions types of diabetes mellitus during pregnancy. It was contirmed pathogenically the lipin using in complexical therapy of hypoxia state in pregnants with varions types of diabetes mellitus during pregnancy, and the effectivenes of lipin was showed. It was showed the enzymes activity indicators of glucosal balance, peroxydal lipids oxydation, level of glucosa in blood and glycosylated hemoglobin would be used as a biochemical criteria of therapy effectiveness in treatment of hypoxia state in pregnants with varions types of diabetes mellitus. The results of this study was involved in the rontine practice of delivery departments and pregnancy pathology department of Donetsk Regional Centre of Maternity and Child Care, central hospitals № 3, 24 in Donetsk and hospitals in Mariinca, Kurachovo. The field of using is obstetrics.
