230 patients have been examined. The examination was carried out by the methods of echocardiography and tetrapolar rheopletysmography. The state of lipid's peroxidation was estimated by malon dialdehyde and dien cojugates of different fractions and the state of antioxidation processes was ertimated by tte activity of catalase, vitamins A, E, C. The acute hemodynamic probes were carried out to determine the effectiveness of Capoten and Cardil. During the course treatment we have studird the state of systemic hemodynamics, lipid's peroxidation and antioxidant factors under action of Capoten, Cardil and Thiotriazolin. The carrird out investigations allowed us to work out a method of the differentiated treatment of the chromic cardiac insufficiency caused by arterial hypertension taking into aecount the peculiarities of the course and the stage of cardiac insufficiency and etiology of hypertension that gave the possibility to increase the effectiveness of cardiac patients' treatment. The results of the wor k are widely introduced into medical institutions.
