Matolinets' O. Age-related peculiarities of antioxidant and immune systems in animals with cadmium intoxication and its correction by means of antioxid and enterosorbents

Was stated that cadmium intoxication evokes suppressing of most indicators of antioxidant system in animals liver 3-, 6-, and 18-months but at the same time vivid changes are observed in animals of 3-months age. The presence of cadmium chloride suppresses indicators of humoral immune system and non-specific resistance of organism, especially in 18-months old animals. Under the influence of cadmium in animals livers carbohydrate, albumen, lipid metabolism changes dramatically and catabolic processes are increased. Correction of cadmium intoxication by means of liposomes with antioxidant facilitates indicators normalization of antioxidant and immune systems in all animals especially in 18-months old. Condition of this systems take positive changes in all animals by way of propolis. Its application with "Fibrabet" has partial normalization influence on animals with cadmium intoxication.
