Maslak N. The Organizational and Economic Mechanism of the Farm Production Diversification

The thesis is dedicated to the problems of agricultural complex reformation, and particularly to the issue of agricultural production diversification as one of the strategic directions of the farms development concept. The classification of the types of diversification, which may be used by farms (family farms), is proposed. The essence of diversification in the aspect of commercial management was stated. The practical importance of diversification processes, considering the peculiarities of agriculture, was determined. The theoretical and methodological aspects of production diversification at the stage of transition to the market economy were improved. The algorithm of farm (family farm) production diversification, which grounds the need for it, develops the diversification principles and models, diagnoses the financial activities of an enterprise as a system of organizational and economic activities, develops different diversification ratios, was proposed. The mechanism of economic evaluation of ag ricultural production diversification, considering the environmental factor, was developed. The financial sources for farm production diversification were determined.
