The dissertation attacks the problem of creation and research differential mortar pump with hydraulic drive of the flowing cylinder piston. The mortar pump with hydraulic drive provides high resource of activity, low pulsation feed, capability of a smoothly regulation of grout feed control from a plasterer workstation. On the basis of hydraulic drive mathematical model, researches of a compressibility of building solutions, analysis of solution pressure variation curves in the working chambers, oil pressure variation curves in a hydraulic pressure pipe-line, motion of control fast-acting shuttle and motion of the inlet valve the working process of mortar pump with hydraulic drive is studied, some path of mortar pump improvement are intended, the hydraulic drive pump designing method is offered. Mortar pump with hydraulic drive is most expedient to use such a structure element of plaster stations equipped with hydraulic operating mechanisms, and at all-round automatic finishing work.
