The controlled vibration mixer for making fibrous concrete mix has been elaborated, created and tested. The possibility of combination of surface metal fibres preparation with the mixing process that considerably simplifies the whole process of making the mix has been proved Mathematical models that account the change of rheologic mix properties during its vibrating have been compiled and analysed. The most rational technological processes of achieving fibrous concrete mixes have been suggested. The whole complex of dynamie investigations, the results of which allow to expand the capacities of controlled vibration machines has been carried out
