Dissertation is devoted by question of prognostication task of duodenal ulcer bleeding by dint of determination of risk degrees of this complication by the mathematical model. Defined the most important clinic and endoscopic factors of bleeding development risk from ulcer of duodenum. Based on prediction coefficients for each factors and establishment of that one carrying mutual potential weight, increase prediction of duodenal bleeding. Picked out bleeding risk degrees from ulcer of duodenum, that give a possibility to take a differentiated method choice of surgical treatment. Offered method of surgical treatment of duodenal ulcerous bleeding, which contributes to prevention of bleeding setback, to underestimation postoperation mortality to increase of nearest and latest results. Use of stated 2-step prediction algorithm helps to enhance exactness and bleeding prognosis effectiveness. Using of differentiated approach to treat of patients with ulcer disease of duodenum with different bleeding risk allo ws to fix on optimum cure variant and to decrease a complications development risk.
