Ryaboshapko V. Legal Management of the Tax Militia (General Theoretical Aspect)

The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of legal management, used by the tax militia in its activity. The essence, peculiarities of the determinants of legal management in the theory and philosophy of law have been defined; the connection between legal management of tax militia and national and European tax law has been established; the ways of prevention and correction of legal management of tax militia have been given ground for. A conclusion has been made that legal management of tax militia is formed by way of the improvement of tax legislation, coherent taxation policy and observance of human rights and freedoms in the state.
