Dissertation was conducted to study the effectiveness of rehabilitative treatment with the use of preformed physical factors on ganglion stellatum in patients with combination angina pectoris II-III functional classes and vasospastic stenocardia.Dynamics of clinical and instrumental-laboratory index (quantity and characteristic episodes of ischemia, tolerance to physical load, tureshold rate of stimulation, vegetative tonus, state of lipid spectrum, activity of peroxide oxidation of lipids and antioxidant defence) were evaluated. It was established the use of infrared laser radiation causes considerable decrease in quantity of vasospastic episodes. Use of sinusoidal-cut magnetic field cuted down the quantity and prolongation episodes of ischemia due to exertion, causes analgesics end b-adrenoblocker effect. The effect of electromagnetic radiation UHF-range did not give any effect. Criteria fоr differential use of preformed physical factors in patients with combination of two forms of angina pectoriswas elaborated.
