Object of the investigation - the motion of the Earth pole and its irregulary rotation; aim of the investigation - elaboration algorithms: determination of the Earth rotation parameters (ERP) are based on SLR data and prediction of the pole coordinates; methods of the investigation and environments - analytical and numerical with using SLR data of project MERIT and IERS data; theoretical and practical results have provided the better accuracy of determination ERP and their derivatives; novelty consists of the development of new technology of the processing of SLR data for determination ERP and the new present model of variations of pole coordinates; stage of the installation - the technology of the processing of SLR data for determination ERP is installed in Institute of Astronomy (Russia) and it is using in Main Astronomical Obsevatory (Ukraine); field of usage - scientific research institutions which determining and prediction of the ERP.
