Complex treatment of the persons, injureds at liquidators of consequences of failure on Chernobyl NPS should provide: normalization of functions of autonomical nervous system, improvement cerebral circulations.HBO is not used frequently in treatment of the persons, injureds at liquidators of consequences of failure on Chernobyl NPS, that can be explained by decrease of antioxidizing activity of whey of blood, activation by oxygen of the free-radical mechanism.The purpose of out work was study of dynamics of vegetativ parameters under influence GBO on data of an estimation vegetativ tonus and reactability at ill with vegetativ dystonia and discirculathory encephalopathy of the first degree and variants of infringements autonomical regulation are determined. In view of revealed peculiarities autonomical regulation a vtthod of application HBO-therapy is offered.
