The object of research - a renting production from ingots. Subject of research - a technology of rolling the ingots. The purpose dissertation - an economy of metal when rolling the ingots on the base of mathematical model development, experimentals researchs and practical recommendations on new ways of rolling on big mills. Methods of research - a method of slide lines are conducted basic researches of tense condition of process of rolling the high bands with PC using; methods of physical modeling and planned experiment are conducted studies сhanging a form when rolling in edge and flat passages; processing experimental given executed with using the methods of mathematical statistics and regresion analysis. Theoretical results and scientific novelty of work consist: in revision of dependencies of sizes of horizontal and vertical efforts in the axial area of peal from the parameter of the form Ld/Hcp, under its value <1; in the determination of dependencies of сhanging a form peal with proturberant tor ahs from technological parameters of rolling on big mills in edge and flat passages; in the principle development of asymmetric distribution draught between even and uneven passages when rolling on big mills. Practical results consist: in the development and realization in the manner of the programme product study models of tense condition of metal when rolling the high bands; way development and metaleconomical technologies of rolling the ingots on big mills. Degree of introduction - is designed and introduced modes draught for the whole slabs calm mark steels, which are rolled in conditions of big mill Аlchevsk metallurgical Integrated Works. Scope of using the results of work - big mills metallurgical plants.
