Object of research - production of structures on section mills. The purpose of research - expansion of the design bill of rating channels in the party of increase them overalls of sizes without reconstruction of main lines of the workers cages. In work were used: a method of the joint decision of the equations of balance and plasticity; a method of planned experiment; statistical methods of processing of results experiment. The theoretical results and scientific novelty of work are based that a principle of designing shaped channels of calibres for the first time is formulated which have variable bend of a walls consisting that the configuration of calibre should supply overlapping in pass consistently of processes of a stretching of a wall roll in a cross direction with its high-altitude reduction. According to it: the formulas for construction of calibres have a variable bend of a wall are received; the equation on definition of factor which is taking into account influence of external zones on fo rce unlending is received; Has received the further development submission about influence of contact and compressing pressure on thinning for want of unlending; the algorithm of account which is created allows to define a size thinning of a wall for want of unlending. The practical results base on high technological parameters of industrial use of the developed "know-how" channels on section mill 600 " AMK ". The results of work can be recommended for improvement of technological processes on existing section mills and are taken into account for want of to development of the bill of rating for designed rolling mills.
