Essay

Dissertation is devoted to study clinic-hemodynamic and electrophysiological effects of intravenous form of the inhibitor 5-lipoxigenase quercetin (Corvitin pro injectionibus) in patients with acute myocardial infarction into early disease dates on background of contemporary basis therapy. Shown, that application quercetin contributes to improves a disease clinical flow, diminishes a final size of the necrotizing myocardium, puwents dilatation of left ventricle and improves electrophysiological property of myocardium. In clinical conditions led influence of intravenous form quercetin on interchange of nitric oxide, synthesis leucotryen, inhibition freely-radical oxidation of lipids. The results of the study have been implemented into practical work of the clinical hospitals.
