Mathematical modeling and information technologies of process forgetting-restoration knowledge. The model is based on Chapman-Kolmogorov equation, which describes stochastic processes. The work considers the computer system creation, which includes subsystem of training, automated knowledge monitoring, of administration, of the statistical data processing. The mathematical tools for measurement of educational activity results (students of a higher educational institution, operation personnel of the atomic power station) is investigated; educational activity results measurement scales systematization is advanced. The models of statistical theory of training and the knowledge monitoring are illustrated on an example of atomic power station operation personnel and higher educational institutions students knowledge monitoring.
