102 children ill with systemic and localized sclerodermia were investigated at Specialized Children's Cardiorheumatological Department of Municipal Clinical Hospital No 2, Children's Sanatorium "Lustdorf" of Odessa. The comparative analysis of the functional state of organs of gastroduodenal and hepatobiliary systems in different clinical forms of sclerodermia was carried out. The mechanism of medical action and the effectiveness of applications of laseropuncture, complex therapy of laseropuncture with vacuum-ultraphonophoresis of medical mixture, massage of dermal foci with the use of Hippopheae oil was studied.High effectiveness of the worked-out complex of rehabilitated treatment of children with sclerodermia and affection of digestion organs was proved. This method influences positively on the clinical course and the opposite development of the main manifestations of the disease, it restores microcirculation and normalizes the immune status which results in extension of the remission period. This method promotes the process of stabilization and prevention of severe complications on the side of the digestion organs, it also decreases invalidisation of the patients.
