The influence of the regional lymphostimulation on healing of purulent wounds is studied by the findings of management of the 160 patients with puruloinflammatory process in soft tissues. The object of research is increase the treatment effective of purulent wounds by the use of the regional lymphostimulation with the applying of dalargin and greatly shortens the healing period and the terms of treatment. The clinical, radiological, rheographical, biochemical, cytological, planimetrical method of investigation and Mac-Clure-Oldrich's test for determination of tissues oedema are used to achive the object of research. Apparatus: scanner MB-8100, rheographe P4-02, oxyhemometre TCM-2. Significance for theory and practice: the influence of the regional lymphostimulation on the course of the wound process is established. . It has been revealed that the use of the regional lymphostimulation produces a favourable effect on the course of the wound process, greatly shortens the period of diminishing of oedema, accelerates wound cleaning from pus and necrosis, improves the state of regional haemodynamics and tissue oxygenation and activates reparative processes. Scientifically substantiated method of the regional lymphostimulation with the applying of dalargin electrophoresis in complex management of purulent wounds is recommended. The terms of treatment of patients with large wounds (the area exceeding 6.12 cm2), who underwent complex management including regional lymphostimulation decreased twofold in comparison with that in the control group. Field of application - surgery.
