The elements of formal-syntactical and semantic- syntactical organization of complex sentences with the units of qualitative and quantitative semantics are disclosed in the thesis; specificity of each of two semantic kinds of the investigated constructions is determined; the identity in the structure of sintactical functions of the units "such" and "so" is proved; the importance of different factors in the process of organization of semantics that is non-symmetrical to the syntactical form is disclosed.
