The object of this investigation is the process of preliminary training of prospective students to enter Higher Technical Educational Establishment (HTRE). In order to solve our task the following methods were used. They are; analysis of Scientific literature and normative documents; visual control, experiment; learning, analysis and generalization of modern experience; individual and collective talks; individual and collective talks; expertise; pedagogical modeling; ranging. Practical value of this investigation consist in working out and implementation of complex experimental methodology of raising preparedness of the listeners of the Pre-educational Preparatory Faculty to study at the Higher Technical Educational Establishment.
