Essay

The Ph. D. thesis is devoted to the research of functional influence of a language on the process of law-formation and to the role of the national language in the process of law-making. Language and law were reflected in the thesis as two organic cooperating systems developing and forming one another. The formulated concept "linguocreation of law" allows to expose the process of formation of formation of the law from linguistic, stylistic, grammatic, lexicographic positions.
