The existing at sociology versions of a career are analysed. That a career may be considered at a personal context as a sort of man's socialisation, a self-government of his life, and at the same time, at a social-structural context, as the programmed and controlled outwardly process with the of the recreation and improvement of organizations is proved. The career concept is developed as a social phenomena at all. On the basis of this the features of career formation of a bank system employees are determined. The social technologies of this system of effective management are developed.
