The work is a theoretical-experimental investigation of peculiarity of forming of the language culture of technical speciality, students of the higher pedagogical establishments. The bases of forming of the language culture of students of the general technical faculty are substantiated, the programme "Culture of business professional speech with practical work" is worked out, new methods and ways that help to improve business professional speech of the students of non-humanity speciality are determined.
