Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research of changes of the large-scale atmosphere circulation, regional air circulation and weather conditions on the territory of Ukraine during the XX century. At first, it has been suggested the new approach to study climate and large-scale atmosphere circulation, that is based on the pressure patterns ethalone method. The ethalon characterizes the most probable atmosphere process of certain period. It has been determined possible state of atmosphere circulation and weather conditions on the territory of Ukraine at the nearest decades.
