The thesis is devoted to development of methods of the temporary compression, coding and restoring of speech signals with use of their non-stationary models, and also development of processor structures for realisation of these methods. It has been shown that the technique of submission of speech signals and their mathematical models as quasistationary Markov casual processes most completely corresponds to process of speech signal shaping. On this basis the effective algorithms of optimum coding have been obtained and investigated. The structures of processors for real-time realisation of systems have been developed and their main parameters for want of temporary compression and coding of quasistationary speech signals, and also for want of signal restoring have been found. Their use improves the characteristics of speech signals compression and restoring methods in systems of transfer and management.
