Nagornyak V. Civil Low bargains with privatized dwelling.

The dissertation is deu o ted to the comp lex research of bargains with privatized dwelling which is result of privatization. The research is of great need both for administration law practice including judicial business and for conforming them with world practice. The dissertation focuses on concept fundamentals of law to dwelling and peculiarities of new civil law institution which is called "law bar qain" An attempt made to determine their genesis, legal nature and aspect of dueling sphere to examine separate institutions of law of contract concerning privatized dwelling and adjoining territory maintenance as well as the last will on privatized dwelling; to analyse judicial practice of deciding arguments concerniuz privatized dwelling; to work out recommendations and suggestions concerning ifs improvement.
