The object of research is vocational training of the musicians - teachers in maximum special educational institutions of culture. The purpose of research is to determine the pedagogical conditions and regularity ensuring formation for the future musicians - teachers of readiness to novelties during opening-up for professional work in high school. The method of testings is idealized, trial-and-error, statistical. Idealized outcomes and the novelty is investigated and the efficiency variants the models of opening-up the musicians - teachers to targeted development and perfecting of the professional work by means of novelties is justified; the pithy characteristics of readiness to the novelties in professional - pedagogical activity are determined. The concept " readiness to novelties " is entered into a scientific nomenclature; the determined kinds the development of this neoplasm in pattern of professional work of the musician - teacher are described.
