The object of research is the personal and professional process becoming the specialists of the service orb on a marine carrier. The purpose of research is to define features the development of the professionally relevant qualities of the future specialists of service orb on a marine carrier and mining of a targeted system of their psychological opening-up. The methods of testings are trial-and-error and statistical.
