Essay

The main relationships of methane oxidative coupling over new synthesized sodium-manganese catalyst have been studied. The process optimal conditions have been established. It has been examined the effect of hydrogen chloride addition upon the main factors of process and catalyst time-on-stream. The possibility of ethylene production by non-catalytic oxidative coupling of methane, also optimal conditions have been established. It have been developed the mathematical model of process for acetylene production by methane and products of its coupling high-temperature pyrolysis. Schematic plant flow diagram has been developed.
