Chornoochenko S. Personal non-property rights which guarantee social life of physical persons in Ukraine

Thesis is devoted to complex investigation of general characteristics of personal non-property rights, which guarantee social life of physical persons in Ukraine. Questions of personal non-property relations as a subject of civil-legal regulation and security, concept of non-property rights which guarantee social life of physical persons, two-leveled structure of personal non-property rights' system are searched on the basis of theoretical analysis of law literature and legislation in force. The meaning of personal non-property rights for citizens of Ukraine in civil-legal aspect is shown, the nature, realization and characteristics of these rights and the cases of their restriction are also shown. Key-words: personal non-property rights, civil-legal regulation, system of personal non-property rights, a citizen's social life, the name, honour, dignity and business reputation, personal life, free choice of residence and housing.
