In the scientific research epileptic disease peculiarities were investigated in association with vegeto-vessels and migraine attacks. If has been shown that vegetative dysfunction often follows temporal epilepsy. According to clinical and nevrophysiological data and prospective patients observation during 5 years period it was shown, that appearance of vegetative paroxysms in spite of their types have a swear influence on epileptic disease course due to brain dysfunction with epileptic activity increasing and haemodynamic disorders in those patients on the other side. Clinical, instrumental and biochemical correlation's that have been revealed in research make possible to enrich some knowledge about vegetative paroxysms pathogenesis in epileptic disease structure. All mentioned helps to reveal reciprocal influence of epileptic and non-epileptic paroxysms to ground treatment for decreasing frequency of status at all.
