Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of problems of the augmented computer design of the technical preparation for production of wares of gloves. The conducted analysis of researches on programmed designing of wares in light industry has allowed to reveal general principles of construction of a CAD, and also sequence and paths of the solution of a circle of problems, which can be only partially taken into account and utilized in production of gloves. The analysis has shown that a problem of system research and the workings out of the programmed design method of the technical preparation for production hasn't solved yet. For the exact registration of physics-mechanical properties of gloves leather the experiments on manufacturing processes of humidifying and restringing were conducted. This is result the coefficient of irregularity was counted and the correction coefficients of ropiness were counted and the correction coefficients of ropiness of gloves' leather were determined. The correction co efficients were entered into the program of designing that has enabled at the stage of designing to allow for properties of particular batch of leather. For transition to the new automated design techniques was established implication connection between design and technological contours of parts of gloves, and were then designed: a mathematical model and algorithms of wares process designing. The program for construction of parts of a glove on a computer is compounded. As the subsystem of technological opening-up enters also in a system of technical preparation for production except for design, it was analyzed, studied and selected features of wares, the mathematical model of the production process and the algorithm of selection of the rational manufacturing process was amalgamated.
