Object of research : laying-hens, sunflower seed (chaft and oil). The purpose of work : researches productivity and metabolic action soy-bean , sunflower and rapes additions. Methods of a research and equipment: biochemical, hematological . gas-water hromatography Grom-5, refractometre RLU-2, aminoacides analizer-AAA-390. Theoretical and practical results : by conducted researches it was obtained new data about expediency of substitution other protein forages and animal fat in rations of laying hens by chafts and plant oils. For the first time it was studied the influence of feeding in period of edge of egg productivity of chafts and oils on egg productivity, eggs quality and metabolic processes ; metabolic activity of the microflora of caecum of poultry in incubation conditions. The sphere (area) of using are animals feeding, technology of orages, poultry-breeding.
