Nagornyak T. Social-cultural factor of political tranformation in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and methodological generalization and to the new solution of problem of social-cultural factor of political transformation in Ukraine. This problem is given in context of social modernization in Ukraine at the end of ХХ centuries. Substance of the social-cultural factor of process of political transformation is disclosed in a firstlye. The essence in its ability to cause legitimization political innovations in Ukraine by means of correlating them to “traditional” - generally accepted of social-cultural paradigm. The components of the social-cultural factor are consider of: the modification of social structure of the Ukrainian society; transformation of economic, legal, ecological and demographic consciousness; qualitative changes of values and moral orientations, level of effect social and political institutions on the state. The dissertation is proved the expediency of the social-cultural approach in a course of study of political process of system transf ormation in Ukraine and efficiency of research of national and world’s problems through questions of regional political process. The dissertation is devoted to the study of post-socialist systemic transformation and to the research of political institutions problem. The conclusions of research contain the recommendations of orientation of modern reforms for economic revival of democratic institutes defining state policy, and social-cultural legitimization.
