Dissertation contains a comprehensive analysis of securities as the object of Property Law. The concept of issued securities has been researched as well as their types, and features of circulation of non-documentary securities. A special attention was given to legal regulations of the emission process for this type of securities. The legal status and jurisdiction of the authorities that regulate securities emission and circulation in Ukraine has been examined. The need for introducing alterations and additions to the current legislation of Ukraine has been substantiated.
