Essay

The dissertation deals with studying state of central and cerebral hemodynamics, and also parameters of electrophysiologycal research during different diseases of heart with bradyarrhythmias and without such. There was estimated change of clinic manifestations and parameters of instrumental methods of brain research during atrioventricular blocks, sinoatrial block and sinus bradycardia. There was defined the role of disturbance of lipid metathesis, peroxide oxidation of lipids and antioxidation systems in pathogenesis of brain disturbances during heart diseases. There was worked out an effective method of treatment of patientes with nervus disturbances, conditioned by bradyarrhythmias by using of hypodynamic means, antyoxidantes and hyperbaric oxygenation.
